LEADERSHIP COACHING WITH A LITTLE MORE SOUL

For nearly two decades, I worked in corporate philanthropy, building an organization,  shaping strategy, navigating the complex corporate and board environments, and leading an exceptional team- all with a focus on improving the health and well-being of communities. Along the way I learned that meaningful, lasting change doesn’t happen through strategy alone. It begins with people. It begins within.

That realization led me to a new calling.

After 18 years in executive leadership, I stepped away to build a coaching practice. My own journey has profoundly shaped my approach to coaching. Through my own personal development, I realized that I had versions of “Kendra” and I kept these identities segregated: corporate executive, intuitive, adventurer, nature lover, dancer, free spirit, believer in holistic modalities, middle-aged woman, mom, wife. My coaching practice brings together all these identities to help clients who want to move toward leading and living with greater clarity, resilience, authenticity, and purpose.

My own journey shapes the way I coach.

Like many professionals in midlife, I found myself navigating the intersection of leadership, work demands, family, identity, and health. Experiencing the physical and emotional shifts that accompany this season of life deepened my understanding and appreciation for our body’s wisdom. I learned the power of slowing down, listening inward, and cultivating resilience, alignment, grounded presence, and trust in my inner wisdom. Those experiences continue to shape my mindful, somatic approach to coaching.

As someone who believes deeply in lifelong learning, I continue to invest in my own development alongside my clients. I am a Certified Integral Coach® and a HeartMath® Certified Coach and I continually integrating new learnings and perspectives while remaining grounded in practices that create meaningful, lasting transformation for clients.

Outside of my work, you’ll most often find me where I feel most alive— with my family in the outdoors. Nature reminds me that growth is never rushed and is ever transforming. It unfolds season by season, inviting resilience, flow, and trust. Those same principles are at the heart of my coaching philosophy.

I’m also a wife and proud mom of boys—roles that continually teach me about presence, curiosity, adaptability, and letting go of expectations. Motherhood has become one of my greatest leadership classrooms, humbling me daily and reminding me that authenticity is far more powerful than having all the answers.

Today, I help empower leaders and professionals to navigate their journeys with purpose, grounded strength, and inner wisdom. Through mindful, somatic coaching, clients grow into authentic, compassionate leaders who create careers and lives aligned with what matters most for lasting transformation and genuine impact.
